The stereotype is often referred to as the common group of people who are accepted commonly in the world. The stereotypes are the common race or the people with the various endangered culture and traditions. The stereotype word has its origin from Greek history, which is known as the solid rock. The stereotype is the one that is often static in its functioning. The stereotype within the country can originate as a result of socio-cultural, ethnicity, and religious customs.

The stereotype differs from person to person and the various kinds of practices and the culture and the traditions they practice. The stereotype has much impact on the organizational behavior; there is a positive and negative impact on the organizations depending on the kind of the stereotype. The stereotypes are mainly dependent on the country and the inhabitants. The inhabitants of the people are much different from people to people, and the practices of the traditional and the culture and the various subcultures create an impact that can be adverse too for the various operations.

The employees and the employers of the particular region hold the stereotype, and the collision of the stereotype can lead to a pathetic condition in the environment. The proper management of the stereotype is much essential for the success of the organizations. The organization is the place where the people from various groups, cultures, and traditions come united to achieve a common goal and to pursue coordinated work. The organization has a certain set of organizational norms and culture. The organization conveys the set of norms to the people and work at pace with the norms. The stereotype of the people in country India as it is concerned are hard-working and brainy people, the stereotype of the Indian culture depicts good working conditions and better impact on the organization.
