New techniques of thinking, doing things and giving opinions can only be acquired through education. Education can be different in different parts of the world especially the Western countries such as the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Students from third world countries prefer schooling in developed countries in order to get a global exposure related to their careers.

Schooling in the United States of America or the United Kingdom equips a scholar with adequate and sufficient knowledge, skills, ability and experience because Exchange programs provides Internship opportunity in the international business community. Students who return back to their home countries therefore can have developed new ways of thinking, in search for creativity and innovative ideas.

At the social level, friends who have been trained in the West receive a much wider audience than those from the East because people believe that the Western style of doing things is different and better. Students from the West normally develop new techniques of production and performance. This new way of doing things can be utilized at the work place and at the same time, efficiency and effectiveness are achieved.

The society should understand that the East is leading in other aspects of life, like the Information Technology industry and their students may have acquired better skills of performance and productivity, through the use of technology. Therefore the belief that the West is the best in giving communication skills should be diversified to also include those Scholars from the East. The world has been turned into a global village and new ways of doing and seeing things should be accommodated in all parts of the world so that innovation and creativity can be achieved.
