To this day, people continue to associate artificial intelligence or AI with something fantastic. However, opportunities exist to apply AI in various industries, which will significantly improve the company’s work. In particular, there are advantages to using AI in business, as it will dramatically improve the yield and efficiency of the business. The use of artificial intelligence in the company will be able to transform its work and bring new successes. In modern business, most people consider artificial intelligence an auxiliary tool in achieving goals. This technology improves the company and raises the business to a new level.
The development of artificial intelligence was a direct consequence of the rapid growth of information technologies. A large amount of data requires quick processing and generally high-quality use. AI would do it times faster than humans is why humans developed technology, not to replace a person but to improve his life. (Rohit, Kennedy, and Corbett 9). In particular, this area involved more efficient data processing and work performance. Changing technologies and transforming business with the help of technology is an essential step for every business (Rohit, Kennedy, and Corbett 11). Information technologies are crucial for business development because such a structure develops quickly.
Today, most companies use AI to develop technologies within the company. Most often, artificial intelligence is used in the field of calculations. This type of technology primarily helps employees quickly understand the task and perform it perfectly (Jürgen and Wangenheim 21). The company must complete the analyses qualitatively and efficiently; therefore, such an application is necessary. Most companies use this kind of intelligence to make their customer experience better. Often, there is the personalization of customers, and this kind of technology helps to process requests better.
Business transformation for the company will be a kind of challenge because the application will be accompanied by radical internal and external changes (Paschek, Luminous, and Draghici 6). A company like Sefora uses AI in its marketing, which is reflected in the personalization of customer data. The company interacts directly with sellers and makes their purchases easy, so it uses a kind of online assistant. AI is programmed for a high-quality and fast selection of products. In particular, such technologies analyze customers’ previous purchases and offer them products that are very close to the previous ones.
It is worth noting that AI was primarily designed to perform work faster and more efficiently. Today, the problem is that artificial intelligence often begins to replace certain professions or certain parts of people’s work (Rohit, Kennedy, and Corbett 9). A wrong system installation can often cause a crash, and the work done can be done for nothing, but that can quickly fix this type of application. Still, in general, using artificial intelligence in employment has a positive side. That will allow us to cover more work and do everything much faster, and in some cases, with better quality.
Among the positive impact of the expert system, such changes gradually affect multiple companies regardless of their field of activity. Transformation and improvement of technologies and their use in business are happening more and more often. (Lee 10). That affects small companies because they see a good development perspective and apply it to their business (Lee 26). Therefore, the positive impact is that AI technology is rapidly spreading and is used even with minor features. The correct use of certain technologies will allow person to save and save money. In particular, it qualitatively saves time that can spend on other vital parts of the business. Intelligent retrieval will enable the employer to make the right decisions while doing qualitative analysis quickly.
Now, all large companies that have a global influence qualitatively use neural networks to develop their business. As an example, we can consider Google, which every year transforms its company and applies new possibilities of robotics. As their products directly involve artificial intelligence, the company shows that they can be developed and improved more and more often (Nishant, Kennedy, and Corbett 10). In particular, today, Google will develop various systems that make searching easier for their users. Therefore, one of the latest applications of Google AI is quantum computing, which speeds up the search for the necessary information (Nishant, Kennedy, and Corbett 12). In addition, cyber security is also part of their development and takes part in the transformation.
In particular, small businesses can use applications to do everyday things. Any company can use AI to perform high-quality calculations and control its finances (Paschek, Luminous, and Draghici 2). This type of technology can be used by any company, depending on what the earnings are based on them. In addition, AI must allow the company to become one step closer to transformation because this technology is the most common and does the job best (Paschek, Luminous, and Draghici 6). Still, for efficiency, ordinary companies specializing in other things, like clothing brands or shops, can raise their business.
People encounter AI every day when making online purchases; in particular, clothing brands often use technologies that immediately suggest things that a person might like. This feature is based on previous purchases or previously viewed products. Or, for example, when that can transform the entire company page to suit the client and his preferences. Thus, the use of such technologies is widespread and shared by many companies.
Due to rapid spread and active development, the neural network is increasingly used to improve the company and make it easier for employees. Business transformation occurs when artificial intelligence is adjusted to existing trends. Often happens under different circumstances, bringing positive and negative consequences. Using AI is essential for leading companies to show by example how to properly use new technologies to transform their business and develop their brand.
