Education acquired from the West is normally diversified by the multicultural exposure that is acquired by students in these Western countries. Multicultural differences in thinking and performing should be accommodated in all third world countries.

A realistic conceptualization of a global society can be achieved through a diversified Exchange program for international students. International students should be able to meet and discuss various academic topics with other students from different countries. Through these integrated Exchange programs, graduates will be fully qualified in multicultural communication skills because self-expression during academic discussions will be very helpful. The only way to improve communication skills will be setting time aside for social interactions.

Exchange programs should be related to the actual performance in appropriate carrier field and this improves communication in the global village. Academic institutions should use books, articles and journals published from different parts of the world. Different authors give different opinions and views on the same chapters and topics and therefore affect the way people think, do and see things. Work related activities as part of the school’s curriculum to improve student’s self-expression ability and communication skills, which may be applicable to professional growth and development, should be encouraged.

All third world countries, should allow residents to attend schools in the west like the United States of America and United Kingdom because priority in such countries is given to international students due to their cultural differences. The variations of culture differences should allow opinions and views to be exchanged by students from all cultural background and they should be allowed to explain how they think about different issues and how they have different perspectives for international issues.
