Motivation refers to the act of a leader getting things done by his or her followers at will. Leaders usually get things done through others by the use of motives. Such openness will make the followers feel as part of the organization thus elevating the level of loyalty to the organization. Extrovert leaders are always concerned with the life of their followers in the organization. Their concern will make them create a good working environment since there will be a good leader-follower relationship.
